Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and convenient, although there was some water dropping from the ceiling which was a bit concerning. The staff were initially not very helpful and reminded me that my booking was non-refundable, but eventually sent someone to bring me shampoo and soap. The location was fantastic, being very close to the MTR system and the night market. The dining options were minimal, and I found it frustrating to have to buy an adapter for my electric devices.
The hotel's rooms are reasonably clean, but some dirty spots, especially in the toilet, and are quite small for the price paid. The noise from outside can be disruptive, making it challenging even for a small-built person to find space for simple exercises like 'push-ups'. The service provided is overall friendly and accommodating, with nice complimentary amenities like free Wi-Fi phone and mineral water daily. The location is convenient, close to transportation and popular attractions in the area. However, the dining options may be limited and overpriced at times.
The hotel room is very small and couldn't wheel cases past the end of the bed, with no wardrobe just hooks. However, it is clean and quite comfortable, though not worth the price and can be noisy.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were packed with amenities like a handy mobile phone for unlimited calls and Wi-Fi, but there were some issues with soundproofing. The location was superb, near the MTR system and Temple Street, making it convenient to explore the area. However, the dining experience was a bit frustrating with minimal options available.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was reasonably clean but had some dirty spots, especially in the toilet. It felt small for the price I paid. However, it was comfortable and adequately sized for me as a solo traveler. The hotel wasn't worth it for the price due to the small room and noise issues.
The hotel may not be spacious enough for luggage, and the value for money might not be the best, but being on level 16 comes with the advantage of a handy phone with free mobile data for outdoor use.
The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by local restaurants and a convenience store, near the Yao Ma Tei MTR station. The rooms, although a bit small, are of nice design and standard, resembling Japan's small rooms. The dining experience is minimal with expensive options and not included in the rate. The service, although initially not friendly, improved upon request. Overall, the location and room design are the standout features, while the dining experience could use enhancement.
The hotel surprised me with its nice room design and standard amenities, although having to close the curtains at all times was a bit of an inconvenience. The cleanliness and the surprising wet and dry toilet in Hong Kong certainly stood out. The price for the stay offered good value for money.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the MRT station with clean rooms and good water pressure, although some cleanliness issues were observed in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful in handling transport bookings and luggage. Dining experiences are below average, with small, noisy spaces and high prices.
I found the hotel to be a cozy and comfortable stay, though the rooms were smaller than expected. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with assisting us in transport arrangements. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, yet some quirky establishments around. The dining experience was minimal, but the staff was above average in helpfulness. Overall, a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
